How Synalgic Studios collects, uses, and protects your information, and the terms that govern working with us.

When you fill out our discovery call form, book a call through Calendly, or contact us directly, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, company name and website, and details about your project. If you browse our site, we may also collect standard analytics data such as pages visited, general location, device and browser type, and referring source.
We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, prepare for and conduct discovery calls, deliver proposals and services you request, and, if you agree to it, send occasional updates about our work. We do not use your information to make automated decisions about you.
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that make our business run: Calendly for scheduling, our hosting and email providers, and payment processors when you engage us for paid work. Each of those providers is bound by its own privacy terms. We disclose information when required by law.
Our site uses standard analytics tools to understand how visitors use it. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect how parts of the site function.
We retain your information only as long as needed to provide our services or as required by law, and we take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing info@synalgic.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Our services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
By using this site or engaging Synalgic Studios for services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or engage our services.
Synalgic Studios provides brand identity, website design and development, design systems, and ongoing creative and technical support (BUILD, CARE, and STUDIO engagements). The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and investment for any engagement are defined in a separate proposal or agreement signed by both parties, which governs over these general terms where the two conflict.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, project-based engagements are invoiced in full prior to the start of work, and subscription engagements are billed on a recurring monthly basis. Late or failed payments may pause active work.
Upon full payment, final deliverables created specifically for your project transfer to you as described in your signed agreement. Synalgic Studios retains the right to display completed work in its own portfolio and marketing unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any underlying tools, frameworks, or proprietary processes used to create your deliverables remain the property of Synalgic Studios.
Timely feedback, access, and content from you are often required to keep a project on schedule. Delays on your end may shift agreed timelines.
Synalgic Studios provides services on an as-is, as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our site or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement as described in the signed agreement for that engagement. Work completed and expenses incurred up to the termination date remain payable.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
